If you are having trouble using our plugin, here are some potential issues that could be causing the problem and how to solve them.
Your reviews are not loading on your website
If you have added our [rma_reviews] shortcode to your website but your reviews are not showing, please check the following:
- You have entered your agent or agency code from your RateMyAgent account correctly under the plugin Settings.
- Confirm you have the correct RateMyAgent subscription which includes access to their Website API. Our plugin will not work without this.
